随着中央企业向调整重组为80~100家目标的推进,在国内,中国企业的兼并重组正向纵深发展;同时,随着经济全球化进程的加深,中国企业“走出去”的战略也在广度和深度上向前推进。企业发展史表明:兼并重组是企业做强做大的有效途径,而文化融合则是保证企业兼并重组成功的必要条件,没有文化的有效融合,就没有兼并重组的成功。因此,探求企业兼并重组的成功之道,就必须探求企业文化的融合创新之道。
