实验研究了W、Mo、K_2CO_3、SiO_2、S等添加剂对铁石墨粉末压坯在900~1060℃高温烧结时碳溶解速率的影响。结果发现W、Mo、K_2CO_3加快了碳溶解和珠光体形成。SiO_2、S减慢了碳溶解和珠光体形成。H_2亦有加速作用。用电子循环授受催化理论解析了催化或毒化活性大小的实验结果。
The effects of additives such as W, Mo, K 2 CO 3, SiO 2 and S on the carbon dissolution rate of sintered iron powder compacts at 900 ~ 1060 ℃ were investigated experimentally. The results showed that W, Mo, K 2 CO 3 accelerated carbon dissolution and pearlite formation. SiO 2, S slows carbon dissolution and pearlite formation. H_2 also accelerates. The experimental results of catalytic or toxic activity size were analyzed by the theory of electronic circulation and catalysis.
