伴随着上世纪后期的第三起科技革命的兴起,新技术,包括空间传感、数字虚拟和互联网信息技术的应用,大大加速了教育领域的现代化发展。其中,得益于新的愈来愈发达的通信技术的发展与应用,远程教育得到了长足发展,覆盖面积和参与人数呈现爆棚趋势,远程教育的社会认可度以及其产生的巨大社会效应也越来越突现出来。在理论梳理的基础上,本研究以新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐县为研究区域,对乌鲁木齐县农村党员干部现代远程教育终端站点进行研究。通过调查获取数据以及一手相关资料,通过整理和分析调查结果,厘清了目前乌鲁木齐县农村远程教育中存在的突出问题,针对这些问题,提出对策建议,以期完善当地农村终端站点的进一步建设。
With the rise of the third revolution in science and technology in the latter part of the last century, the application of new technologies, including spatial sensing, digital virtualization and Internet information technology, has greatly accelerated the modernization of education. Among them, thanks to the development and application of new and more advanced communication technologies, distance education has made great strides, the coverage area and the number of participants have shown a trend of popularization, and the social recognition of distance education and the huge social effect it produces The more come out suddenly. On the basis of theoretical combing, this study takes Urumqi County in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research area, and studies the terminal station of modern distance education in rural party members and cadres in Urumqi County. Through surveying and obtaining data and first-hand relevant information, by sorting out and analyzing the survey results, we have clarified the outstanding problems in distance education in Urumqi County. In view of these problems, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the further construction of local rural terminal sites.
