民营企业帮扶山老区发展所发挥的作用是积极的,取得的成效是明显的。但也有一些问题和不足,特别是一些政策性、机制性的问题,需要在今后的工作实践中认真研究和解决。
The role of private-owned enterprises in helping the development of Shanyou district is positive and the results achieved are obvious. However, there are some problems and shortcomings. In particular, some policy-oriented and institutional issues need to be carefully studied and solved in future work practices.
