14Cr1MoR低合金耐热钢焊接性较差,具有一定程度的淬硬性以及氢致裂纹和再热裂纹倾向。通过焊接工艺性研究及应用实践,制定合理的焊接工艺,避免产生危及影响焊接接头本质安全的缺陷。设计合理的坡口型式,选择合适的焊接方法,匹配相应的焊接材料,选择适宜的预热温度和道间温度,避免焊接大线能量的输入。采取焊后消氢处理以及消除应力热处理等预防措施,使其焊接接头获得良好的综合力学性能。
14Cr1MoR low alloy heat-resistant steel less weldability, with a certain degree of hardenability and hydrogen induced cracking and reheat cracking tendencies. Through the welding process of research and application practice, to develop a reasonable welding process, to avoid endangering the inherent safety of welded joints defects. Design a reasonable groove type, select the appropriate welding methods, matching the corresponding welding materials, select the appropriate preheating temperature and interpass temperature, to avoid the welding of large-line energy input. Take post-weld hydrogen elimination treatment and stress relief heat treatment and other preventive measures to make the welded joints get good comprehensive mechanical properties.
