采用质性研究为主要研究方法,对武警指挥院校学员的压力源进行调查。研究结果显示:(1)从整体来看,武警初级指挥院校学员压力从大到小依次为:军事体制改革压力、二次就业的双重压力、学业和军事训练压力、任务干扰与不利环境、爱情和人际压力、竞争压力、物质和精神生活状态。(2)从各年级压力源均分来看,2年级总体压力感最小。其次为毕业学员,1年级学员压力感最大。
Employing qualitative research as the main research method, the stressors of cadets in armed police command academies are investigated. The results show that: (1) Overall, the pressure of the students in the junior command academies of armed police are as follows: the pressure of the reform of the military system, the double pressure of secondary employment, the pressure of academic and military training, the interference of the task and the unfavorable environment, Love and interpersonal stress, competitive pressures, material and spiritual living conditions. (2) According to the average stressors of all grades, the overall feeling of pressure in Grade 2 is the smallest. Followed by graduates, first-year students the greatest sense of pressure.
