浙江省一直被誉为是经济增长速度最快、最具活力的省份之一。2009年,国家科技部等六部委共同确立浙江省为国家技术创新工程首个试点省。创新试点以来,浙江省通过政府引导,企业努力,共同配合,进一步建立健全了企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的企业创新体系。4月18日,浙江省科技厅厅长蒋泰维做客人民网,分享浙江省在推动科技创新方面所取得的经验。本期杂志选编部分采访内容,展示浙江近年来的科技发展情况,浙江各级党委政府在推动企业技术创新方面取得的经验做法,以飨读者。
Zhejiang Province has long been hailed as one of the fastest growing and most dynamic provinces in the world. In 2009, six ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly established Zhejiang Province as the first pilot province for national technological innovation projects. Since the pilot program of innovation, Zhejiang Province has further established and perfected the enterprise innovation system with enterprise as the main body, market-oriented, industry-academia-university-research combined through the guidance of the government and the efforts of enterprises. On April 18, Jiang Taiwei, director of Zhejiang Science and Technology Department, visited People's Network to share the experience gained by Zhejiang Province in promoting scientific and technological innovation. In this issue, we select some of the interviews to showcase the technological developments in Zhejiang in recent years and the experience gained by Zhejiang party committees and governments at all levels in promoting the technological innovation of enterprises in order to readers.
