目的:了解流动人口性病/艾滋病知识的知晓状况,并分析其影响因素,为在流动人口中开展性病/艾滋病的防治工作提供参考依据。方法:通过流行病学横断面调查,采用多阶段抽样的方法在深圳市盐山、罗湖、福山抽取1014名流动人口进行结构式问卷调查,并对性病/艾滋病知识的知晓情况进行分析。结果:性病/艾滋病综合知识得分满分为100分,流动人口的平均得分为56.6±21.0分,接受调查的对象中48.42%的对象综合知识得分<60分。其中,性病及艾滋病症状的知晓水平最低,分别为43.8±33.9分和44.3±33.2分。多因素分析结果显示,随着年龄的增加,知识总分也提高(β=0.58,P<0.005);与男性相比,女性知识综合得分较低(β=-5.63,P<0.005);学历越高,知识总得分越高(β=6.27,P<0.005);月收入越高,知识总得分越高(β=3.66,P<0.005);与农村户口的调查对象相比,城镇户口的调查对象知识总分稍高(β=2.94,P<0.005)。结论:大力开展适宜于流动人口的综合宣教,全面普及性病/艾滋病相关知识,尤应关注低收入、低学历的年轻农村女性流动人口。
Objective: To understand the status of STD / AIDS knowledge among floating population and to analyze its influencing factors so as to provide a reference for carrying out STD / AIDS prevention and control among floating population. Methods: A total of 1014 floating population were sampled from Yanshan, Luohu and Fukuyama, Shenzhen by means of multistage sampling method through epidemiological cross-sectional survey and structured questionnaire. The awareness of STD / AIDS knowledge was analyzed. Results: The score of STD / AIDS comprehensive score was 100 points, the average score of migrant population was 56.6 ± 21.0 points, and 48.42% of the respondents’ scores of object comprehensive knowledge score <60 points. Among them, the awareness of STDs and AIDS symptoms were the lowest, 43.8 ± 33.9 and 44.3 ± 33.2 respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that with age, the total score of knowledge also increased (β = 0.58, P <0.005). Compared with males, women’s scores of comprehensive knowledge were lower (β = -5.63, P <0.005) The higher the total score of knowledge (β = 6.27, P <0.005), the higher the monthly income is, and the higher the total score of knowledge is (β = 3.66, P <0.005). Compared with the surveyed households in rural areas, The survey subjects’ knowledge score was slightly higher (β = 2.94, P <0.005). CONCLUSIONS: Vigorously carry out comprehensive education suitable for floating population, popularize STD / AIDS related knowledge in a comprehensive way, especially young rural women with low income and education background.
