生产质量优化和成本控制是企业管理的核心,生产质量与成本控制之间有显著性正相关关系,为了降低生产成本,同时提高企业生产质量,提出一种基于贴近度决策的生产质量与成本控制的博弈模型。在博弈视角下建立生产质量与成本控制的约束目标函数,分析了影响生产质量与成本控制管理的参数模型,结合成本控制参量的贡献权重和风险级别进行成本预测的最优决策博弈模型设计,以资产结构和净资产收益率为核心解释变量建立贴近度决策模型,实现生产质量与成本的自适应最优决策博弈。采用Hausman检验法则进行成本—效益的统计分析,实证结果分析表明,采用该模型进行企业管理,能降低生产成本,提高产品质量,优化管理效益。
Production quality optimization and cost control are the core of enterprise management. There is a significant positive correlation between production quality and cost control. In the view of game, this paper establishes the constrained objective function of production quality and cost control, analyzes the parameter model that affects the production quality and cost control management, and designs the optimal decision game model with the cost contribution of the cost control parameter and the risk level Asset structure and return on net assets for the core explanatory variables to establish a close decision model to achieve production quality and cost of adaptive optimal decision game. The Hausman test is used to carry out the cost-benefit statistical analysis. The empirical analysis shows that adopting the model for enterprise management can reduce the production cost, improve the product quality and optimize the management efficiency.
