建立了考虑排渣、飞灰、排循环灰以及物料磨耗等一般情形的循环流化床宽筛分物料平衡动态数学模型,模型通用性强而且符合实际运行情况。通过对改变料位设定值以及突然排放循环灰两种动态过程的仿真,揭示了排渣量,排循环灰量等操作参数与流化床主要运行参数间的作用关系,证明所建模型能够反映流化床内部的复杂作用关系。它为建立循环流化床整体动态数学模型,研究流化床控制策略,乃至仿真培训器的开发打下了基础。
The dynamic mathematical model of circulating screening bed for wide screen material considering common conditions such as slag discharge, fly ash, circulating ash and material abrasion is established.
