地区电网自动电压控制系统(AVC)是实现省级电网一体化AVC和全网无功电压优化协调控制的基础。分析了成都地区电网AVC建设的各种因素,根据当地电压无功的现状及通信自动化条件提出了一种混合模式的AVC系统。该模式综合考虑了地、县电网分级管理的特点和各类变电站、集控中心的运行特点,为电网通信自动化条件相对落后地区建设AVC系统提供了一种新思路。实践表明利用该模式建立的AVC系统能够取得较好的运行效果。
The regional power grid automatic voltage control system (AVC) is the foundation that realizes the provincial power grid integration AVC and the entire network reactive power voltage coordinated optimization control. This paper analyzes various factors of AVC construction in power grid in Chengdu and proposes a mixed mode AVC system according to the local voltage and reactive power status and communication automation conditions. This model comprehensively considered the characteristics of hierarchical management of power grids and county power grids and the operation characteristics of various substations and centralized control centers, providing a new idea for building AVC systems in areas with relatively backward automation of power grid communication. Practice shows that this model can be used to establish the AVC system to achieve better operating results.
