CO_2气体保护焊在我厂应用于生产已有四年多了。CO_2气体保护焊在焊接过程中,喷嘴易于被飞濺金属粘满,给焊接带来了很大困难。为此,我厂与沈阳陶瓷厂研究制成CO_2焊用陶瓷喷嘴。該喷嘴是热压铸法制造的,经在我厂细焊絲半自动焊机上的一段时间的试用,证明該喷嘴有不导电、飞濺不易粘住、耐高温等优点,现在已大量应用于生产。我们认为,CO_2保护焊用陶瓷噴嘴是一个方向。制造时,用悬浮液作为制造喷嘴用材料,其成分如下(%): Al_2O_3:98(基本成分);TiO_2:1(改变性能);Cr_2O_5+Mno_2:1(着色)。
CO_2 gas shielded welding used in our factory for more than four years. CO_2 gas shielded welding nozzle in the welding process, the nozzle is easy to be splashed metal adhesion, welding has brought great difficulties. To this end, I plant and Shenyang Ceramics Factory made CO_2 welding ceramic nozzle. The nozzle is made by hot die casting method, after a period of trial on the semi-automatic welding machine of fine wire in our factory, it proves that the nozzle has the advantages of non-conduction, splashing, heat-resistant and so on. Now it has been widely used in the production. In our opinion, the ceramic nozzle for CO2 protection welding is one direction. When manufactured, the suspension was used as a material for the nozzle. The composition was as follows (%): Al 2 O 3: 98 (basic composition); TiO 2: 1 (changeable property); Cr 2 O 5 + Mno 2: 1 (colored).
