目的γδT细胞表达Vγ9Vδ2 TCR,占外周血CD3+T淋巴细胞的1%~10%,大量分布于粘膜相关淋巴组织,是T细胞的一个特殊亚群。其免疫作用介于固有免疫和适应性免疫之间,是MHC非限制性的,具有一定的非特异性杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用,并且有广泛的抗瘤谱。越来越多的对γδT细胞高效抗瘤活性的研究可能使其成为一种非常重要的抗肿瘤免疫制剂。γδT细胞被激活后可产生多种淋巴因子,并增强其抗瘤作用。本文就γδT细胞在抗肿瘤过程中产生的淋巴因子及其作用作一综述。
Purpose γδT cells express Vγ9Vδ2 TCR, accounting for 1% ~ 10% of CD3 + T lymphocytes in peripheral blood. They are widely distributed in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissues and are a special subset of T cells. Its immune function is intermediate between innate immunity and adaptive immunity. It is not restricted by MHC, has certain non-specific killing effect on tumor cells, and has extensive anti-tumor spectrum. More and more studies on the efficient anti-tumor activity of γδT cells may make it a very important anti-tumor immune agent. γδT cells are activated to produce a variety of lymphokines, and enhance its anti-tumor effect. In this paper, we summarize the role of γδT lymphocytes in antitumor and its role.
