本文在750℃下对 Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al 合金热轧板进行了轧向及横向的超塑性拉伸,以考察其超塑性变形中的各向异性。实验结果表明:在5×10~(-4)s~(-1)——8×10~(-3)s~(-1)应变速率范围内,轧向试样的超塑性变形抗力大于横向,轧向延伸率峰值高于横向。本文根据超塑性拉伸前后显微组织的变化等实验结果,对横向试样超塑性拉伸后产生的多颈缩等现象进行了分析,提出了超塑性变形中的宏观流线现象,并给予初步解释。
In this paper, the hot-rolled Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy sheet was rolled and transversely superplastic stretched at 750 ℃ to investigate its anisotropy in superplastic deformation. The experimental results show that the superplastic deformation resistance of the rolled specimen is greater than that of the specimen in the range of 5 × 10 -4 s -1 -1 8 × 10 -3 s -1, Horizontal, rolling elongation than the peak value higher than the horizontal.
