产业转移即企业的扩张式迁移是实现我国区域资源整合的重要途径。皖江城市带是2010年经国务院批准的第一个国家级产业转移示范区,本文以示范区内的美菱电器公司为例,分析了其承接产业转移以来的财务业绩变化趋势,并从资本注入效应、技术注入效应、管理协同效应和外部效应四个方面分析产业转移对美菱电器企业绩效的影响,总体上说,承接产业转移对美菱电器的正面效应更大。本文的研究对承接地其他企业有借鉴意义。
The transfer of industries, that is, the expansion of enterprises, is an important way to realize the integration of regional resources in our country. The Wanjiang Urban Belt was the first national-level industrial transfer demonstration zone approved by the State Council in 2010. In this paper, taking Meiling Electric Company in the demonstration zone as an example, this paper analyzes the trend of financial performance since it undertook industrial transfer, and from the capital injection Effects, technology injection effects, management synergies and external effects of four aspects of industrial transfer on the performance of Meiling Electric Company, generally speaking, to undertake the transfer of the positive impact of Meiling Electric greater. The research of this paper has reference to the other enterprises undertaking.
