对隐性知识的有效管理是知识价值实现的重要途径。以组织的视角为出发点,首先根据组织进行隐性知识管理的内容,将组织的隐性知识管理任务划分为三部分,然后根据影响组织进行隐性知识管理的若干因素设计系统动力学模型,通过对该模型的分析,明确在组织实施隐性知识管理的过程中,各因素之间的逻辑因果关系及反馈关系,最后提出提高组织隐性知识管理效率的若干措施。
The effective management of tacit knowledge is an important way to realize the value of knowledge. From the perspective of organization, we first divide the organization’s tacit knowledge management tasks into three parts according to the organization’s content of tacit knowledge management, then design the system dynamics model based on several factors that affect the organization’s tacit knowledge management, The analysis of this model clarifies the logical causality and feedback relationship among various factors in the process of implementing tacit knowledge management, and finally puts forward some measures to improve the efficiency of tacit knowledge management.
