目的探讨血浆置换(TPE)联合连续性血液净化(CRRT)治疗高脂血症性重症胰腺炎(HLSAP)的护理方法。方法选取我院l CU 2013年11月-2016年9月收治的38例HLSAP行TPE联合CRRT治疗的患者,给予全程护理严密监测。观察临床护理效果。结果在采用TPE联合CRRT治疗24~72 h后,38例腹痛、腹胀患者中有32例逐渐缓解,余6例患者因经济问题自动出院。38例患者中仅有5例在治疗中出现皮肤荨麻疹,遵医嘱静脉注射地塞米松5 mg,30 min后症状逐渐消失。结论通过对HLSAP患者进行TPE联合CRRT治疗并给予全程严密的病情观察及专科护理,减少了患者不良反应,提高了治疗效果及抢救成功率,改善了患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the nursing method of plasma exchange (TPE) combined with continuous blood purification (CRRT) in the treatment of hyperlipidemic severe pancreatitis (HLSAP). Methods Thirty-eight HLSAP patients treated with TPE combined with CRRT from November 2013 to September 2016 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Observe the effect of clinical nursing. Results After treatment with TPE combined with CRRT for 24-72 h, 38 of 38 patients with abdominal pain and abdominal distension gradually eased and the remaining 6 patients were discharged due to economic problems. Only 5 of the 38 patients developed cutaneous urticaria during their treatment. The patients were given intravenous dexamethasone 5 mg as prescribed by the doctor and symptoms gradually disappeared after 30 min. Conclusion Through TPE combined with CRRT in patients with HLSAP and to give full close observation of the disease and specialist care, reduce adverse reactions in patients, improve the therapeutic effect and rescue success rate, improve the prognosis of patients.
