目的 :观察氩激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞 (RVO)无灌注区 ,预防新生血管产生的疗效。方法 :将 72例RVO患者随机分成两组 ,氩离子激光治疗 40例 ,药物治疗 3 2例。治疗后经 6~ 2 7个月随访 ,对比分析治疗前后的荧光素眼底血管造影及视力情况。结果 :激光组有效 3 7例 ,有效率 92 5 %;无效 3例 ,占 7 5 %;视力增进 14例 ,增视率 3 5 %。对照组有效 15例 ,有效率 47 5 %;无效17例 ,无效率 5 2 5 %;视力增进 7例 ,增视率 2 0 %。结论 :早期应用氩激光光凝术对RVO无灌注区的消退 ,预防新生血管产生及玻璃体病变具有显著疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of argon laser on the non-perfusion area of retinal vein occlusion (RVO) to prevent neovascularization. Methods: 72 patients with RVO were randomly divided into two groups, argon plasma laser treatment of 40 cases, drug treatment of 32 cases. After treatment, the patients were followed up for 6 to 27 months. The fundus fluorescein angiography and visual acuity before and after treatment were compared. Results: In the laser group, 37 cases were effective, 92.5% effective; 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 75%; 14 cases of visual acuity improvement, and 35% enhancement rate. The control group, effective in 15 cases, the effective rate was 47.5%; 17 cases ineffective, inefficient 52.5%; visual acuity in 7 cases, 20% of the rate of increase. Conclusion: The early application of argon laser photocoagulation for RVO no perfusion zone regression, prevention of neovascularization and vitreous lesions have a significant effect.
