为了配合学习和宣传党的十四大精神,本刊编辑部于10月20日召开了“学习党的十四大精神”座谈会。邀请北京大学经济学院的部分教授、中青年教师及本刊编委共十余人参加,会议由《经济科学》代理主编张德修教授主持。此外,还向一些专家、学者特约了笔谈的稿件。大家认为,随着实践的发展和认识的深化,党的第十四次全国代表大会明确提出,我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制,以利于进一步解放和发展生产力,这是一个重大的突破。正确认识和理解这个经济体制改革的目标,对于增强改革的自觉性,夺取有中国特色社会主义事业的更大胜利,具有十分重要的意义。在座谈会上的发言和笔谈的稿件中,大家就十四大的重要意义;如何理解社会主义市场经济;市场经济的内涵与外延及其与传统计划经济体制的区别;如何建立我国统一的、完备的、有秩序的社会主义市场;怎样完善经济核算体系、加速金融体制改革使其符合社会主义市场经济的要求;以及如何加强理论研究,提高经济学的教学和科研水平等方面,畅谈了各自的见解。现将座谈会的部分发言及笔谈稿件摘登如下:
