[目的 ]了解广州市化妆品生产车间卫生质量。 [方法 ]对广州市 46家采用空气净化系统过滤或采用紫外线灯消毒空气的化妆品厂的车间卫生质量进行了调查。 [结果 ]空气细菌总数合格率以包装车间最低 ,为 53.8% ,其余车间合格率为 58.9~ 73.8%之间 ;采用空气净化系统过滤空气的生产车间空气细菌总数合格率较高 ,为 92 %以上 ,而采用紫外线灯消毒空气的生产车间空气细菌总数合格率偏低 ,合格率在 47.8%~ 67.8%之间 ;紫外线灯损坏和使用时间过长导致紫外线灯强度合格率很低 ,为 1 1 .8%~ 41 .7% ;生产车间及检验室照度合格率偏低 ,为 39.76%~ 78.7%。 [结论 ]加强紫外线灯的卫生管理和车间内空气消毒 ,按标准增加生产车间的照明度
[Objective] To understand the hygienic quality of cosmetics manufacturing workshop in Guangzhou. [Method] The hygiene quality of the workshop of 46 cosmetics factories in Guangzhou which were filtered by air purifying system or disinfected by ultraviolet light was investigated. [Result] The qualified rate of total air bacteria was 53.8% in the packaging workshop and 58.9-73.8% in the other workshops. The qualified rate of total air bacteria in the air workshop with air purification system was higher than 92% , While the use of UV light disinfection of air production workshop air bacteria pass rate is low, the pass rate of 47.8% ~ 67.8%; UV lamp damage and the use of time led to a low UV lamp pass rate is low, 1 1. 8% ~ 41 .7%; production workshop and inspection room illumination qualified rate is low, 39.76% ~ 78.7%. [Conclusion] To strengthen the hygiene management of UV lamp and air disinfection in the workshop, increase the illumination of the workshop according to the standard
