我厂1979年开始生产YKB 1楼板,它适用于进深4.8米房间,一间二块,惯称半间板。该板原设计为钢筋混凝土空心板,设计允许荷载为300公斤/米~2(扣除板自重),板的外形尺寸为2250×板长(2680、2980、3280、3580)×120毫米,混凝土200号,主筋14φ~L6+8φ~L8,副筋19φ~b4。后来我厂将原设计改为预应力混凝土空心板(即YKB-1楼板),采用300号混凝土,其结构图如下:
