目的全面了解杭州市卫生监督体系现状,包括全市卫生监督机构设置及人力资源状况。方法使用调查表对杭州市卫生监督机构及卫生监督员进行现况调查。结果杭州市共有卫生监督机构16个,全市共设置分所33个。全市编制共495人,实际在编363人。持有监督执法证件的卫生监督员311人。结论杭州市卫生监督员结构总体较为合理,区、县、市各级之间人员结构存在差异。全市监督员配置低于卫生部有关配置标准。
Objective To comprehensively understand the current status of the health supervision system in Hangzhou, including the setting of the health supervision institutions and the human resources in the city. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the status of health supervision agencies and health supervisors in Hangzhou. Results There were 16 health supervision agencies in Hangzhou and 33 branches were set up in the city. The city prepared a total of 495 people, in fact, compiled 363 people. 311 health supervisors holding law enforcement certificates. Conclusion The overall structure of health supervisors in Hangzhou is more reasonable. There are differences in personnel structure among districts, counties and cities. The city’s supervisor configuration is lower than the Ministry of Health related configuration standards.
