不论是出于对员工的发展需要,还是为了更加适应外部挑战的需要,变革都是组织成长过程中的必然历程。通过变革,管理层希望员工能够看到组织更加灿烂辉煌的未来,更加坚定信心,充满斗志,与组织共同成长。然而这样的转变怎样才能更顺利地实现?变革号角吹响之后,员工就会随之转变吗?在此,我们通过员工敬业度调查数据窥此一斑,答案是并不一定。
Whether it is for the development needs of staff, or to more meet the needs of external challenges, change is an inevitable course in the process of organizational growth. Through change, the management team hopes employees will see a glorious future for the organization, strengthen their confidence, be full of fighting spirit and grow with the organization. However, how can such a change be realized more smoothly? Will the staff change after the change of trumpet? Here, we can see this through the employee engagement survey data. The answer is not certain.
