目前,我国绝大多数建设项目的监理仍然是施工阶段监理。虽然项目开工前有施工图审查和图纸会审的环节,但由于时间仓促等原因,图纸审查机构、施工单位、项目监理机构、建设单位等很难在短时间内全面了解、熟悉全套图纸,不能提出所有的问题,如果相关单位人员技术水平一般,就更不能发现设计问题。往往造成施工不便、工序矛盾、使用功能不完善、观感差、材料浪费、工期延误、验收困难等等,大大增加了监理工作量和难度。笔者根据近年监理工作中接触的施工图纸,从以下几个方面谈谈建筑设计中常见的问题,希望能够引起有关设计人员(单位)的重视。
