在研究HT200和QT450-10的渗铝工艺及测试试样渗铝后的高温抗氧化能力的基础上,考察了渗层的组织结构,分析了高温抗氧化规律,并运用最小二采法得到了试样单位面积氧化增重的经验公式,为渗层失效的判断提供了依据。
Based on the study of the aluminizing technology of HT200 and QT450-10 and the high temperature oxidation resistance of the samples after aluminizing, the microstructure of the infiltrated layer was investigated, and the law of high temperature oxidation resistance was analyzed and the least extraction method was used The empirical formula of oxidation and weight gain per unit area of sample provides basis for the judgment of seepage failure.
