在部邮电科学研究院,四川省科委和省邮电管理局的领导下,由部五所、六所、省所和704厂共同进行了铝外导体单管中同轴电缆和300路载波设备系列的研究。1980年以来,在单管电缆试制成功和300路载波设备制成的基础上,为使这种设备系列能适应电缆架空、埋地两用和沿途分路(下电路)灵活的需要,又继续进行了360路载波系统的研究,即将在有穿管理地和架空的成都—温江间25公里电缆线路上进行实验。
