目的采用高效液相色谱法测定川东獐牙菜中1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基酮的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),检测波长254nm,流速1mL/min,柱温室温。结果1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基酮线性范围为0.18~1.80μg,r=0.9998(n=5),平均加样回收率为100.15%,RSD=2.04%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快速,适用于川东獐牙菜的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of 1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyfluorenone in Swertia chuanxiong by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The column was a Hypersil C18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (60∶40). The detection wavelength was 254nm, the flow rate was 1mL/min, and the column temperature was room temperature. Results The linear range of 1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyfluorenone was 0.18~1.80μg, r=0.9998 (n=5). The average recovery was 100.15%, RSD=2.04% (n =9). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of Swertia in Sichuan.
