1986~1991年6年间,古田、宁德市及宁德地区共发生食物中毒51起,中毒人数542人,其中乡村食物中毒起数、中毒人数分别占70.59%和83.71%。中毒类型以家庭为主,引起中毒的原因食品以蔬菜为主。化学毒物有机磷、砷化物。诲产品次之,主要有河豚鱼和毒贝。我们认为,食品卫生的监督覆盖面应进一步拓宽,应根据食物中毒发生的规律和特点,抓住重点食品、重点季节、重点人群,有针对性地开展预防工作。
From 1986 to 1991, 51 food poisoning and 542 poisoning occurred in Gutian, Ningde and Ningde areas, among which the number of poisoning and poisoning in rural areas accounted for 70.59% and 83.71% respectively.
