中草药在畜牧业发展中的作用与食品安全

大众食品安全意识的提升,使兽药残留问题成为畜牧业从业者关注重点,和化学合成类兽药相比,中草药更为安全可靠.基于此,文章从中草药在畜牧业发展中的作用入手,结合畜牧业生产实践,分析中草药应用风险,总结以食品安全为目标的中草药应用要点,帮助畜牧业从业者科学、合理地应用中草药.
