嗜铬粒蛋白A是神经肽类家族中的成员之一,广泛存在于神经内分泌细胞中,对神经内分泌肿瘤诊断有较高诊断价值的非特异性肿瘤标志物。人类心肌细胞能产生和释放嗜铬粒蛋白A,其可抑制细胞凋亡、保护心肌、抑制心肌纤维化的发展。嗜铬粒蛋白A在心力衰竭、冠心病、扩张型心肌病等心血管疾病的发生发展中发挥重要作用,本文就嗜铬粒蛋白A对多种疾病的应用作一综述。
Chromogranin A, a member of the neuropeptide family, is a nonspecific tumor marker that is widely present in neuroendocrine cells and has a high diagnostic value for neuroendocrine tumors. Human cardiomyocytes produce and release chromogranin A, which can inhibit apoptosis, protect the myocardium and inhibit the development of myocardial fibrosis. Chromogranin A plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, coronary heart disease and dilated cardiomyopathy. This article reviews the application of chromogranin A in various diseases.
