现代运动训练的最终目的是要让运动员在重大比赛中创造个人最好成绩,其前提是通过对训练过程的控制,使运动员在比赛期能获得创造优异成绩的适宜状态,即竞技状态。其中制定和掌握多年训练计划是控制训练发展的基本手段,也是教练员指导多年训练中的最重要工具。可以说,多年训练计划的制定与控制反映了教练员掌握训练方法和训练艺术的水平,也是衡量教练员掌握运动训练规律成熟与否、对现代训练理论掌握程度的标志。
The ultimate goal of modern sports training is to allow athletes to create personal best in major competitions on the premise that the athlete will be able to obtain the appropriate state of excellence in the competition through competitive control of the training process. Among them, the formulation and mastering of multi-year training programs are the basic means to control the development of training and the most important tool for coaches to guide their training for many years. It can be said that the formulation and control of multi-year training programs reflect the coaches’ ability to master the training methods and the art of training, as well as a measure of how well coaches grasp the law of sports training or mastery of modern training theory.
