为了研究高原人体血液流变学性质与海拔高度、性别、民族、世居与移居、居住时间、劳动类型、高原病、左心功能的关系,六年来我们对2300米、3968米、4800米三个梯度481名久住居民,短期进入高原的5名正常人及66例慢性高原反应患者进行了血液流变学观察,并对全血粘度与左心功能进行了相关分析。结果显示:1.高原久者随海拔高度的上升其血液浓稠性、粘滞性、聚集性增高,少数人拌有凝固性增高;2.血球压积及全血粘度,男>女,P<0.01。3.汉族与藏族未显示出明显差异,个别项目的差异是因世、移居所致;4.血球压积、全血粘度、红细胞电泳时间方面,世居男性>移居男性,世居藏族男性<移居藏民男性,有显著差异。而女性则无明显差异;5.高原脑力劳动者与体力劳动者:血球压积,脑<体,P<0.01;血浆比粘度,脑<体,P<0.01;全血比粘度;脑<体,P<0.05;红细胞电泳时间,脑>体,P<0.05;6.进入高原17天者,其红细胞电泳时间明显延长,血浆粘度明显下降,血球压积、全血粘度、纤维蛋白元均有所增加。7.高原久居者全血粘度与左心功能之PEP/LVET呈线性正相关;8.慢性高原反应患者血液浓、粘性明显高于同海拔居民,而纤维蛋白元含量则有所下降。急性高原病的发生与血液聚、凝性增高有关,慢性高原病的发生与血液浓、粘性增高有关。活血化瘀是防治高原病的重要大法。
In order to study the relationship between altitude hematological properties and altitude, gender, nationality, settlement and residence time, labor type, altitude sickness and left ventricular function in the plateau, 481 permanent residents, 5 normal persons who entered the plateau in a short time, and 66 patients with chronic altitude sickness were studied. Entering the plateau for 17 days, the erythrocyte electrophoresis time was significantly prolonged, plasma viscosity decreased significantly, hematocrit, whole blood viscosity and fibrin Increase. There was a linear positive correlation between PEP / LVET of left ventricular function and long-term homeopathies. 8. Concentrations and viscosities of chronic altitude sickness patients were significantly higher than those of residents at the same elevation, while the content of fibrin was decreased. The occurrence of acute altitude sickness and blood poly, coagulation increased, the occurrence of chronic altitude sickness and blood thick, high viscosity related. Blood circulation is an important Dafa prevention and treatment of high altitude sickness.
