目的:推进儿童早期综合发展项目工作的顺利实施。方法:建立儿童保健门诊“宝贝QC”计划实施小组及方案。结果:“宝贝QC”小组计划在确立主题思想明确,实行现场调研分析,设定目标管理,查原因,找对策,组织实施及效果评价,巩固措施及总结;结果使服务对象轮候时间缩短;体格检查由原来60min降到21min,生长发育评估由原来80min降到36min,游泳抚触由原来50min降到35min,心理评估由原来30天降到15天。结论:为在三级妇幼保健机构中规范“儿童早期综合发展项目”工作,首先要制定规范化操作指引,定期组织操作考核,科室汇总点评,实行弹性上班缩短病人轮侯时间,使用智能化信息管理,统一保健路径,规范保健流程,提高工作效率,继续加强质量控制,持续创新。
