GB/T19000—ISO9000《质量管理和质量保证》系列标准中的三个质量保证模式标准(ISO9001、ISO9002、ISO9003),均是阐述对选用某一模式标准的企业建立质量保证体系和开展质量保证工作的相应要求。为了准确、全面地贯彻应用这三个质量保证模式标准,必须正确认识质量保证的概念及内涵,必须准确掌握质量保证的实质,否则企业就不可能建立起完整、有效的质量保证体系和正确开展质量保证活动。本文仅对质量保证概念的理解谈一点肤浅看法,供同行参考。
