本文介绍了基于图像处理技术的热态金属界面张力特性参数测取的新方法,利用计算机摄像系统自动连续测取金属试样不同温度下的图像,用先进的边缘检出算法和最小二乘一致逼近分析其长轴、短轴和润湿角,依此计算其表面张力。说明了系统的硬件结构和软件功能特点,实验结果令人满意,所测参数具有较高的精确度,误差不超过1%。
In this paper, a new method of parameter measurement of thermal metal interfacial tension based on image processing technology is introduced. The images of metal samples at different temperatures are automatically and continuously measured by the computer camera system. With advanced edge detection algorithm and least square coincidence Close analysis of its long axis, short axis and wetting angle, and thus calculate the surface tension. The hardware structure and software features of the system are described. The experimental results are satisfactory. The measured parameters have high accuracy with error less than 1%.
