本文通过对10例6~12个月胎儿和10只豚鼠圆窗膜的超微结构比较研究,进一步了解圆窗膜的正常组织形态学,生理作用和在某些中耳病理情况下对耳蜗功能影响机制的相关性。观察结果表明圆窗膜在某些条件下可以改变其细胞结合而具有渗透能力。因此在慢性化脓性中耳炎、耳内滴入毒性药物、外伤、肿瘤等病理情况下,皆可经圆窗膜引起内耳功能障碍。
