荞麦芽苗菜是活体芽苗菜的一种,生产周期短,对环境要求不高,可保护地生产,或在闲置民房或家庭阳台立体栽培。 一、精选种子。播前1~2天晒种,并进行风选或盐水精选,筛去不饱满、成熟度较差的难发芽或发芽慢的种子。 二、浸种催芽。精选后的种子用20℃~30℃的洁净水淘洗2~3次,待干净后浸泡20~24小时,捞出后再冲洗2~3遍,将浸过的种子放在23℃~27℃下催芽,每天淘洗1~2次,3天后芽长1~2毫米时播种。
