经肺动脉缝合未闭动脉导管(附3例报告)

我院自1991年以来,对3例动脉导管来闭患者采用深低温微量准注体外循环下经肺动脉切开缝合未闭导管,手术成功,现报告如下。临床资料本组3例均为女性,年龄7~37岁。其中1例5年前行动脉导管结扎术后再通。胸骨左缘第二肋间均可闻典型的连续性机器样杂音,并触及连续性震颤;有 Our hospital since 1991, the 3 cases of patent ductus arteriosus patients with deep hypothermia micro-percutaneous cardiopulmonary bypass suture open patent ductus arteriosus, the successful operation, are as follows.
