一九七二年省计划要求在温岭县新建一座用亚硫酸法生产日榨量200吨的糖厂。这个新建厂不仅设备机件多(总计大小设备有75台套),体重大(最大件达44吨/每件),任务紧(当年设计,当年施工,当年投产),三大材料供应不够,而且整个设计、施工均要求采用新工艺、新设备(用一磨二压:即一台磨泵二台压干机),新结构,新技术。为了保证糖化厂迅速建成投产,广大设计、施工人员遵照毛主席的教导,发扬自力更生,艰苦奋斗的革命
In 1972, the provincial plan called for the construction of a new sugar refinery with a daily capacity of 200 tons using the sulphite method in Wenling County. The newly-built plant not only has many machine parts (the total size of the equipment is 75 sets), it has a large body (up to a maximum of 44 tons per piece), and the task is tight (designed in the current year, construction in the year, and put into operation in the current year), and the supply of three materials is not enough. Moreover, the entire design and construction requires the use of new processes and new equipment (using a mill with two pressures: one grinding pump with two pressure dryers), new structure, and new technology. In order to ensure the rapid completion and operation of the saccharification plant, the majority of design and construction personnel follow Chairman Mao’s teachings to carry forward the revolution of self-reliance and hard work.
