对黄栌容器苗进行长期干旱和反复干旱处理,测定育苗基质含水量和苗木叶片水势及干旱条件下苗高、地径胁迫指数,结果表明基质含水量与苗木叶片水势呈正相关,在平均气温 30.6℃条件下反复干旱处理,黄栌容器苗存活率为52.5%,苗高、地径胁迫指数分别为0.8368和0.8782。
Long-term drought and repeated drought treatment on the container seedlings of P. purpurea were carried out. The seedling height and diameter-diameter stress index of seedling substrate moisture content and leaf water potential and drought stress were measured. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between substrate water content and seedling leaf water potential. Under repeated drought treatment at 6 ℃, the survival rate of container seedlings was 52.5%, seedling height and diameter-diameter stress index were 0.8368 and 0.8782, respectively.
