教师“个人课题”的研究,大多为立足于本学科的研究。由于一些地方教师“个人课题”研究由教科室(所)组织与管理,因而教研员往往不能积极介入管理、指导。本文基于教师专业成长的需要和教研员工作性质,提出教研员对教师“个人课题”指导的有利条件和必要性。教师开展“个人课题”研究,需要教研员提供展示交流的平台,需要教研员针对性的指导、服务,需要教研员的专业引领。
Teachers “personal subject ” research, mostly based on the research of this discipline. Because some local teachers “personal subject ” research by the department (organization) and management, so often the teaching and research staff can not actively involved in management and guidance. Based on the needs of teachers’ professional development and the nature of their work, this paper puts forward the favorable conditions and necessities of teaching and research staff on the guidance of teachers “individual subject ”. Teachers to carry out “personal subject ” research, teaching and research staff need to provide a platform for the exchange of exhibits, teaching and research staff need guidance, service, you need to lead the professional teaching and research staff.
