目的研究caspase -3在戊四氮(pentylenetetrazole,PTZ)急性致痫大鼠脑组织中的表达情况。方法免疫组织化学SP法显示海马及皮层caspase -3阳性细胞,CMIAS图像分析系统半定量分析caspase- 3蛋白的含量。结果癫痫发作后海马及皮层caspase- 3 蛋白的表达水平均增加,且海马组织较皮层组织增加更为明显。结论Caspase- 3 参与了癫痫后脑组织神经元的凋亡过程;在癫痫发作所致的神经元损伤中,海马较皮层可能更为敏感。
Objective To study the expression of caspase - 3 in brain of acute epileptic rats induced by pentylenetetrazole (PTZ). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect caspase-3 positive cells in hippocampus and cortex. Semi-quantitative analysis of caspase-3 protein content was performed by CMIAS image analysis system. Results The expression of caspase-3 protein in hippocampus and cortex increased after epileptic seizure, and the hippocampal tissue increased more obviously than cortex tissue. Conclusion Caspase-3 is involved in the neuronal apoptosis in epileptic brain tissue. In the epileptic seizures induced neuronal damage, the hippocampus may be more sensitive than the cortex.
