既往报道,激素替代治疗能降低女性心衰患者的死亡率。本文旨在就激素替代治疗能否有效降低绝经后老年冠状动脉病伴心衰女性的远期总死亡率进行了大样本随机双盲对照研究。
Previous reports, hormone replacement therapy can reduce the mortality of female patients with heart failure. This article aims to conduct a large randomized controlled double-blind study of whether hormone replacement therapy can effectively reduce the long-term overall mortality of post-menopausal elderly patients with coronary artery disease and heart failure.
