舱门冲击力测量数学模型与惯性载荷补偿方法研究

飞机有效载荷内埋装载技术成为提高现代飞机速度、机动、隐身性能的关键技术,而舱门及其控制系统的设计是该项技术的难点之一.舱门在高速气流流场并在动态打开过程中所受的复杂的六维外力数值,是舱门结构设计、驱动设计等的重要参数.以压电式三向力传感器为基础,分析了传感器的布置方式,建立了舱门在静态时六维外力与传感器输出之间的数学模型,进一步探讨了舱门在动态打开过程中,由于惯量而引起的转矩测量误差补偿方法和由于质心变速率圆周运动而引起的法向力测量误差补偿方法,并推导了补偿计算表达式.这些分析和计算结果是指导舱门冲击力动态测试系统研制的重要理论基础.
