目的:分析全缘叶紫珠叶挥发油化学成分。方法:应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分离鉴别。结果:鉴定出42种化学成分,占总挥发油的97.62%。结论:挥发油中β-石竹烯(33.74%)、甘香烯(12.86%)、τ-杜松烯(9.57%)和(-)-斯巴醇(8.99%)为主要成分。此外,古巴烯(4.21%)、兰桉醇(3.81%)、α-石竹烯(2.48%)、十氢-α,,α4 a-三甲基-8-亚甲基-[2R-(2α,4a,α8 aβ)]-2-萘醇(2.37%)和1,6-环癸二烯(2.24%)的含量也较高。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from leaves of Rheum palmatum L. Methods: Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry was used to separate and identify. Results: 42 chemical constituents were identified, accounting for 97.62% of the total volatile oil. CONCLUSION: β-Caryophyllene (33.74%), kaempferol (12.86%), τ-cadinene (9.57%) and (-) - spartanol (8.99%) are the main components in the volatile oil. In addition, there was no significant difference in the average molecular weight of the following compounds: cuba ene (4.21%), indomethacin (3.81%), α-caryophyllene (2.48%), decahydro- α, α4a-trimethyl-8-methylene- , 4a, α8 aβ)] - 2-naphthol (2.37%) and 1,6-cyclodecadiene (2.24%) were also found to be higher.
