作者用三种单克隆抗体(癌胚抗原、S-100蛋白及细胞角蛋白8.12)对37例腺样囊性癌进行免疫组化研究。导管上皮形成的腺管样结构对三种抗体均呈阳性反应。部分肌上皮样细胞S-100蛋白及细胞角蛋白8.12阳性。癌胚抗原反应强度与患者预后有关。预后良好组癌胚抗原反应大多较强,而“预后不佳”组中,癌胚抗原反应弱者较多。S—100蛋白染色对于显示肿瘤侵犯神经,效果极佳。作者根据三种抗体染色的结果。讨论了腺样囊性癌的组织发生。
The authors performed immunohistochemical studies on 37 adenoid cystic carcinomas using three monoclonal antibodies (carcinoembryonic antigen, S-100 protein, and cytokeratin 8.12). The glandular-like structure formed by the ductal epithelium was positive for all three antibodies. Some muscle epithelioid cells are positive for S-100 protein and cytokeratin 8.12. The intensity of CEA reaction is related to the prognosis of patients. The prognosis of the carcinoembryonic antigen reaction group was mostly strong, while in the “poor prognosis” group, the carcinoembryonic antigen reaction was weaker. The staining of S-100 protein is very effective in displaying tumor invading nerves. The authors stained the results of the three antibodies. The histogenesis of adenoid cystic carcinoma is discussed.
