文章主要针对目前大学英语阅读学习中存在的问题,分析其原因是阅读教学中忽略了对认知主体的分析,使学生不能合理使用元认知策略。文章以元认知理论为基础,提出在教学中进行元认知策略训练的具体方法。通过在课堂上所采取的具体的元认知策略的训练方法,目的是使学生掌握元认知策略并最终达到熟练使用,从而提高英语阅读能力。通过问卷调查和座谈,学生普遍认为元认知策略训练对提高阅读能力非常有益。因此,文章建议元认知策略训练应该长期应用到英语阅读教学中,使学生能够熟练使用这些阅读策略,最终真正促进英语阅读水平的提高。
The article mainly aims at the existing problems in college English reading comprehension. The reason is that reading teaching omits the analysis of the subject of cognition so that students can not reasonably use metacognitive strategies. Based on the theory of metacognition, the article puts forward the concrete method of metacognitive strategy training in teaching. Through the training methods of metacognitive strategies adopted in the classroom, the purpose is to enable students to master metacognitive strategies and finally reach proficient use, so as to improve their English reading ability. Through questionnaire survey and discussion, students generally think that metacognitive strategy training is very helpful to improve reading ability. Therefore, the article suggests that metacognitive strategy training should be applied to English reading teaching for a long time, so that students can use these reading strategies proficiently and ultimately promote the improvement of English reading proficiency.
