本文对铸造高温合金(K-14)车削加工中的一些问题进行了讨论,重点叙述了切削速度对刀具相对磨损的影响。所列举的试验结果表明:用硬质合金刀具切削K-14合金时,出现刀具相对磨损的最小值以及相应的最佳切削速度。本文并对刀具材料和刀具几何参数的选择提供了具体的意见和数据。同时,也简要地介绍了刀具耐用度的快速试验法。
In this paper, some problems in the turning process of the foundry superalloy (K-14) are discussed, and the influence of the cutting speed on the relative wear of the tool is mainly described. The listed test results show that when the K-14 alloy is cut with a cemented carbide tool, the minimum relative wear of the tool and the corresponding optimum cutting speed occur. This article also provides specific comments and data on the choice of tool material and tool geometry. At the same time, a brief introduction to the rapid test tool durability test method.
