目的探讨单光子发射计算机断层摄影术联合同机CT扫描图像融合技术(PSECT/CT)对于骨质疏松骨折的诊断价值。方法 2013年10月—2016年2月期间收治的老年骨科患者中选取骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)30例,分别进行磁共振成像(MRI)及SPECT/CT检查,对两种诊断方式对于患者的骨折检查结果进行对比分析。结果 SPECT/CT与MRI在新鲜骨折和陈旧性骨折判断方面具有良好的一致性(Kappa=0.0581,P=0.039)。结论在骨质疏松性骨折定位及定性诊断方面,SPECT/CT可取得同MRI相当的诊断效果,同时又具有自身独特的技术优势,可作为后者的替代应用在大部分骨骼病变诊断中。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of single photon emission computerized tomography (CT) combined with CT scanning image fusion (PSECT / CT) for osteoporotic fracture. Methods Thirty patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) were selected from elderly orthopedic patients who were admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to February 2016. MRI and SPECT / CT were performed respectively. Way for the patient’s fracture test results were compared. Results SPECT / CT showed good agreement with MRI in judging fresh fractures and old fractures (Kappa = 0.0581, P = 0.039). Conclusion In terms of osteoporotic fracture localization and qualitative diagnosis, SPECT / CT can achieve the same diagnosis effect as MRI, and has its own unique technical advantages at the same time. It can be used as an alternative to the latter in the diagnosis of most bone diseases.
