三峡库区农村井水水源卫生学调查

[目的]调查三峡库区农村井水水源卫生现状,为采取改善井水卫生的相应措施提供信息。[方法]抽样调查,从三峡库区各区县乡村抽取部分井水源进行现场卫生学调查。[结果]共调查73处井水源,其中68.5%地势较低,21.9%取水不方便,42.5%周围30米有污染源。大部分水井结构不符合水源卫生防护要求,仅4.1%的水源定期消毒。[结论]三峡库区农村井水水源卫生现状亟待改善。实行经常性的水源卫生监督监测,指导村民采取日常净化消毒措施,改造水井结构,消除水井周围污染源和开展饮水卫生健康教育等,是改善农村居民饮水安全的经济可行又现实有效的措施。 [Objective] The research aimed to investigate the sanitary status of well water sources in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and provide information for corresponding measures to improve well water hygiene. [Method] By means of sampling survey, some well water sources were taken from all districts, counties and counties in the Three Gorges Reservoir area for on-site hygiene investigation. [Result] A total of 73 well water sources were surveyed, of which 68.5% were low-lying, 21.9% were inconvenient for taking water, and 42.5% were located around 30 meters. Most of the well structures do not meet the requirements of water sanitation protection, and only 4.1% of water sources are regularly disinfected. [Conclusion] The sanitary status of well water source in the Three Gorges reservoir area should be improved urgently. It is feasible and practical to improve the safety of drinking water for rural residents by carrying out regular supervision and monitoring of water supply and sanitation, guiding villagers to adopt daily purification and disinfection measures, reforming the structure of water wells, eliminating sources of pollution around water wells and developing sanitary and health education on drinking water.
